Tim Norris is a past President of the Central Virginia Trail Riders Inc, a co-founder of the Virginia Championship Hare Scrambles Series, founder of the Virginia Cross-Country Series, and the current President of Off-Road Safety Training Inc.

Lone Rider Productions was founded in 2002 to promote the Virginia Cross-Country Series. After the sale of the VXCS in 2019, our focus has shifted to contracting with, and consulting corporations and manufacturers on off-road safety training.
Tim Norris is a certified trainer/driver coach with every major off-road safety training organization in America; ROHVA, ASI, MSF, and USMCA.
